New to blogging.

This is my first entry on what will become the diary log of my journey with 'naked' clay.

In September 2010 I embarked on a two years masters course in Design, my purpose on the course was to delve deeper into an area of ceramics that had captured my interest and explore its potential as a medium.  A short course in smoke firing had ignited a new passion, little did I know how much the whole ethos behind naked clay was to inspired me.

Naked - meaning with no covering, bare, exposed; with no defence protection or shield was now my starting point.
